SOUTH WALES, NY  USA, 5 MAY 2018 – Electric Owl Works has announced the release of the single “Sin Nombre en 18” from upstate New York electronic band Dotsun Moon.  It is being released on the studio’s Electric Owl Works Records label.  “Sin Nombre en 18” is an updated version of the song “Sin Nombre” that originally appeared on the band’s EP “My Apology” that was released in January 2017.

“It’s a remix, but with new parts, a new groove, and emotional intensity,” says Electric Owl Works’  Charles H. Root, III.  Rich Flierl from the band recorded new bass synthesizer parts and Charles wrote a new drum arrangement that he programmed using Oberheim DMX drum machine samples.  “We both love post-punk music and wanted the classic percussion sounds reminiscent of New Order and Sisters Of Mercy albums,” Charles adds.

The single is available now on all major download and streaming platforms, including Amazon Music, Apple Music & iTunes, Deezer, Google Play, Spotify, and Tidal.
