PAYMENT TERMS

At least fifty percent (50%) down payment is required to begin a project.  The remainder, minus any applicable discounts (see below), is due upon your acceptance of project completion and prior to release of final audio content.

DISCOUNTS

In addition to our already competitive pricing, we are happy to offer these discounts:

  • 10% Educational Discount for qualifying students, music instructors, and educational institutions
  • 10% Non/Not-For-Profit Discount for qualifying charitable institutions
  • 10% First Responder Discount for current or retired military, police, fire, and other emergency personel
  • 05% Client Opt In Discount to allow us to publicize that you have worked with us and use audio samples of your recordings

If you wish to claim a discount, please complete our Discount Request Form prior to placing an order through our online store and we will furnish you with a coupon code upon confirmation of your opt-in or eligibility.

Educational, Non/Not-For-Profit, and First Responder discounts are subject to confirmation.  Current valid student/educational employee and first responder IDs are welcome.  Charitable organisations should submit their legal entity name, address, and EIN so they may be confirmed with the www.irs.gov website.

COUPON CODES

If you choose to pay in full at the beginning of a project, no coupon code is required and your confidence in us is greatly appreciated!

If you elect to make a fifty percent (50%) down payment to begin a project, simply enter the coupon code EOW-DOWN-PMT before proceeding to the secure PayPal checkout.  If you are making a final payment of fifty percent (50%) and not claiming a discount, enter coupon code EOW-FINAL-PMT.

All discounts must be approved by EOW prior to placing an order.  Do not place an order until you have first received your eligibility confirmation from us via email.  Once your discount is approved, you may place an order to begin a project.  You will receive your discount coupon code after we receive your initial payment, which you may redeem when remitting the remaining project balance.

ONLINE SECURITY & DISCLOSURE

All payments are processed directly through PayPal‘s secure checkout and systems.

Electric Owl Works systems and website do not process, store, archive, or have access to your Personally Identifiable Information (PII), Payment Card Data, Cardholder Data, and/or any Information regarding your financial institution(s).  The Electric Owl Works website and systems are not integrated with the PayPal API.

Electric Owl Works is not a payment card merchant as defined by the International Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
